Don't see your question here? No problem! Everyone's day is different. Send me a quick message at madisonwalkervocals@gmail.com and I’ll get back to you personally.
How far in advance should I book?
Once you’ve contacted me (either via the enquiry form or direct email), we’ve discussed your needs and you’re ready to move forward, I require a small non-refundable booking fee and a signed contract. This officially locks your date into my calendar and ensures no one else can take your slot!
How far in advance should I book?
Popular dates (especially Saturdays in the summer) often fill up 12 to 18 months in advance. To ensure I can be part of your day, I recommend reaching out as soon as you have your venue confirmed. However, do check in for last-minute availability - if I’m free, I’d love to help!
Can I request a specific song that isn't on your setlist?
Absolutely. Your wedding should sound like you. Most of my packages include at least one "bespoke" song request where I will learn and arrange a piece of music specifically for your ceremony or first dance. If you’d like more than one custom song, check out my "Add-Ons" section.
Do you provide your own equipment?
Yes, I am fully self-contained. I provide a high-quality, professional PA system and all necessary sound equipment. My setups are sleek and minimalist to ensure they blend seamlessly into your beautiful venue decor. I have a choice of microphones to suit your big day, from wireless & sleek to vintage.
What happens if you are ill on the day?
While I have never missed a wedding, I have a trusted network of incredible professional vocalists I can call upon in the rare event of an emergency. Your booking is protected by a contract to ensure you are never left without a soundtrack to your day.
Are you insured (PLI) and is your equipment tested?
Yes. I hold full Public Liability Insurance and all of my electrical equipment is PAT tested annually. Many venues require these documents before I can perform, and I am more than happy to provide copies to your wedding coordinator upon request.
Can you perform outdoors?
I love an outdoor ceremony! As long as there is a flat, dry surface for my equipment and access to a safe power source (or if we have discussed a battery-powered setup in advance), I am happy to perform under the sun. I always recommend having a "Plan B" undercover just in case the British weather doesn't cooperate!
